Our standard inclusions are all of the fixtures, fittings and floor coverings included in the cost of your new home. We can also offer our customers spas, sheds, solar and many other inclusions to suit your lifestyle.

Short answer: a prefab house built in a factory gives you a more structurally sound home than a house built onsite. And we can do it in about ¼ of the time. When we started Vaulter Homes we wanted to offer the best option for a homeowner rather than the ‘way it’s always been done’ and it seems to be working. Our clients are happy, our team is happy and the local community is happy that we spend less time & impact on the natural peacefulness of the island. Because our homes are pre-built in a factory, we’re only onsite for 1 month to complete. House built onsite normally takes 8 to 12 months.

No. Vaulter Homes is a developer which means we offer turn-key homes rather than build on other people’s land.

Just as the name suggests, all you do when you move in is turn the front door key and move your furniture in.
